Pivotal's Helix eVTOL is almost ready to order
The Dream Flying Car eVTOL for Every Sky Adventurer
I’ve been drooling over this vehicle for literally years (well the rebranded BlackFly). After a decade in the making, Pivotal's Helix is finally ready to spread its wings and soar! This isn't just any aircraft; it's a dream come true for anyone from nerds to pilots to the future obsessed.
The Helix is all about making flying as easy as streaming your favorite show. It's decked out with user-friendly software and hardware. Pivotal ensures every pilot is well-prepared with top-notch simulator and flight training. Think of it as your personal Hogwarts for flying, minus the wands.
Helix isn’t just another aircraft; it's easy to use, like a Tesla for the skies. It merges electric power with digital instruments and straightforward controls, making it the perfect fit for both seasoned pilots and rookies. Party like it's 2040, not 2020.
From its sleek nose to its streamlined tail, the Helix promises a flight experience packed with safety, comfort, and last but not least, fun.
Designed and built for safety
Pivotal assures us that they’ve woven safety into every aspect, from the drawing board to the final product. So, whether you're a newbie or a pro, you can kick back and enjoy the ride, knowing you're in good hands.
Ordering the Helix
Thinking of getting your hands on a Helix (me me me!) ? Mark your calendars! From January 9, 2024, you can order your very own Helix right off the Pivotal website. And get this – the first batch of these beauties will start shipping on June 10, 2024.
With a price tag of $190,000, it’s more than most can afford. But if you CAN afford it. Then.. well… Why the hell not? And yes, there are optional features for those who love a little extra. Once you’ve made your deposit, Pivotal slots you into their manufacturing queue and sets you up for training in their swanky Customer Experience Center in Palo Alto, California. Sadly - like me, you’ll have to fly in a traditional aircraft to get to Palo Alto for training.
